Consumer Disclosure Notice

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS DOCUMENT FORMS PART OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR TRAVEL SERVICES
Please review all travel documents as soon as you receive them. Contact Aquora Travel LLC immediately if you have any questions. Most discount fares involve restrictions. Changing airlines, flights, or other arrangements could result in additional costs imposed by the travel provider. Always verify directly with the airline, cruise line, or supplier before making changes.

1.      Role of Aquora Travel LLC

Aquora Travel LLC (“Aquora Travel”) acts solely as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for third-party travel providers (such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies) (“Suppliers”).
Aquora Travel does not own, operate, or control the travel services (“Travel Services”) provided. Therefore, Aquora Travel is not responsible for:

  • Breach of contract by Suppliers,
  • Failure to comply with laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA),
  • Cancellations, interruptions, delays, or schedule changes, or
  • Any intentional or negligent acts, omissions, or other issues caused by Suppliers.

Any claims for loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience must be directed to the relevant Supplier.

2.      Online Check-In (Cruises)

Most cruise lines require you to complete online check-in no later than three (3) days before sailing. Failure to do so may result in delays or denial of boarding, with no refund.

3.      Cancellations & Changes

Travel services may be changed, interrupted, or canceled by Suppliers, government entities, or other third parties outside Aquora Travel’s control. Refunds, rebookings, or credits are subject solely to the Supplier’s policies.

  • Travel provider policies, including vaccination and cancellation rules, may change after booking.
  • No refunds are available due to fear of travel (including concerns about terrorism or disease outbreaks).
  • Travel insurance, if purchased, governs coverage for financial losses from cancellations or interruptions.

4.      Scams & Fraud Protection

Travel-related scams are increasingly common (e.g., fake booking confirmations or fraudulent requests for payment). To protect yourself:

  • Only use official Supplier websites or the direct contact information provided by Aquora Travel.
  • Do not click on links in unsolicited emails or texts.
  • Never provide personal or payment details unless you are certain of the recipient’s identity.
  • Use secure, traceable payment methods such as credit cards.

Aquora Travel is not liable for losses resulting from dealings with unauthorized or fraudulent third parties.

5.      Travel Risks & Requirements

Travel involves risks including accidents, illness, epidemics/pandemics, terrorism, government restrictions, weather, and other hazards. By booking, you accept these risks.

  • It is your responsibility to have proper travel documentation (passports, visas, vaccinations, identification). Lack of proper documentation may result in denied boarding without refund.
  • U.S. travelers should consult www.travel.state.gov for current passport, visa, and advisory information.
  • Travelers are also responsible for meeting REAL ID requirements for domestic flights.
  • Federal law prohibits certain hazardous materials on aircraft. See FAA Hazmat Safety.

Aquora Travel assumes no responsibility for informing Travelers of risks, safety conditions, or requirements of destinations. Each Traveler is responsible for verifying applicable entry, health, and safety requirements.

6.      Travel Protection Insurance

Aquora Travel strongly recommends the purchase of travel protection insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or Supplier defaults. If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for losses that insurance would have covered.

7.      Disclaimer & Release of Liability

By booking through Aquora Travel, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Aquora Travel is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, delays, or expenses caused by Suppliers, acts of God, pandemics/epidemics (including COVID-19), terrorist activity, labor strikes, Supplier insolvency, government actions, adverse weather, or other events outside Aquora Travel’s control.
  • Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, Aquora Travel does not warrant Supplier rates, reservations, schedules, connections, or the quality of accommodations.
  • Port, air, fuel, and government taxes and surcharges are subject to change at any time without notice.

By retaining tickets, invoices, or travel documents, you consent to these terms and agree to share them with all traveling companions.
